1. Introduction

Welcome to Kilimo Power (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or purchasing from kilimopower.co.ke, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Kenya Shillings (KSh) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual products may vary slightly.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed online, via WhatsApp (+254 707 686 192), or by email (order@kilimopower.co.ke).
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (selected areas).
Pay After Delivery is available for verified customers in select regions.
A 30–50% deposit may be required for custom or bulk orders.
Orders are confirmed only after payment verification or deposit receipt.

4. Delivery & Shipping

We deliver nationwide across Kenya via trusted logistics partners.
Nairobi deliveries: 1–2 business days. Upcountry: 2–5 business days.
Delivery charges vary by location and will be communicated at checkout.
Same-day dispatch is available for Nairobi orders placed before 12:00 PM.
Kilimo Power is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5. Warranty & Returns

All products carry a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Solar systems and batteries carry specific manufacturer warranties (stated per product).
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or Acts of God.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
Customer must notify us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of receiving a defective product.

6. Installation & Technical Support

Kilimo Power provides optional installation services for solar systems and pumps in Nairobi and select counties. Installation fees are separate from product prices. Technical support is available via WhatsApp during business hours (Mon–Sat, 8AM–6PM).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on kilimopower.co.ke including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is the property of Kilimo Power Kenya. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kilimo Power shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect customer information solely for order processing and communication purposes. We do not share your personal data with third parties except logistics partners required to complete your delivery. Your M-Pesa and financial details are never stored on our servers.
